Mental wellbeing is an important part of your overall health. Taking time to focus on your mental wellbeing can help you and your kids build resilience, manage stress, maintain relationships and cope with life’s unexpected challenges.

To support the better health of our junior sporting community, we’ve launched our Little Legends content series to educate our aspiring sports stars of the future on the importance of exercise, nutrition and mental wellbeing.

nib has teamed up with the Blues to share with you some of the players’ favourite mood boosting activities, including, what they get up to outside of rugby to look after their wellbeing, and the kind of activities that help them after a tough day on the field.
