Standard Hospital and Premium Hospital do not cover any pre-existing conditions for the first three years. After three years of continuous cover from the commencement date, effective date or the join date (as applicable), it covers costs relating to health services for pre-existing conditions excluding those that relate to any of the following conditions: cardiovascular, cancer, hip or knee, back, transplant surgery, or reconstructive or reparative surgery, which are not covered at any time.
