Provider portal - Login troubleshooting guide
The below steps may solve your login issue.
- Make sure you're using Chrome, as it works best. In your Chrome browser at the top right, click the three vertical dots to open settings.
- Click "More tools".
- Click "clear browsing data". You'll see an option at the top of the box to choose a time range.
- To delete everything, select "All time".
- Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click "Clear data".
- Now open a new tab, copy and paste the website link to visit: https://provider.nibfirstchoice.co.nz/
TIP: Save this link rather than the login link, as the login screen creates a unique URL each time. 6. Click on the login button. 7. Enter your email and password to login
