Provider portal - Login troubleshooting guide

The below steps may solve your login issue.

  1. Make sure you're using Chrome, as it works best. In your Chrome browser at the top right, click the three vertical dots to open settings.
  2. Click "More tools".
  3. Click "clear browsing data". You'll see an option at the top of the box to choose a time range.
  4. To delete everything, select "All time".
  5. Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
  6. Click "Clear data".
  7. Now open a new tab, copy and paste the website link to visit: https://provider.nibfirstchoice.co.nz/

TIP: Save this link rather than the login link, as the login screen creates a unique URL each time. 6. Click on the login button. 7. Enter your email and password to login
